- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a patient of Dr. Graves for a couple of years now. On one other occasion I was seen by Dr. Paonessa. In the two years of being a patient at Bay Area, I will say it has been a terrific relationship. The wait time to me is no big deal because I know I will be getting the time I need with my Doctor as well, you are not getting pushed through and out the door. I appreciate the Bay Area staff for their kindness and patience as well. I live quite a distance from the office, takes me 45-50 minutes to get there, and the same home. It is well worth it because I know I will have the same experience each time I must visit the office. One of my medications requires me to pick up my prescription once a month, never have I had an issue getting it when the time came to fill it.
